Neck Pain

While neck pain is not as common as other injuries, it is still a cause of distress in millions of people’s lives.


Neck pain can be the result of an acute injury or event or from a chronic condition. 


Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain is a common injury due to your shoulder being the most mobile of all your joints.


In most cases, it is because your muscles are simply not strong enough or they are uncoordinated. 


Upper Back Pain

​Upper back pain may also be known as a stiff neck.


It is a form of back pain or spinal pain which is a much less common problem than lower back pain. 


Lower Back Pain

Eighty percent (80%) of people will experience lower back pain at some stage of their life.


It is one of the most common reasons for people missing work and seeing a doctor or physiotherapist. 


Knee Pain

Knee pain or knee injuries are extremely common, and there are many causes.


It is important to make an accurate diagnosis of the cause of your knee pain or injury so that appropriate treatment can be directed at the cause.


Ankle & Foot Pain

Swelling and pain in the ankle and foot region, also referred to as peripheral edema (accumulation of fluid) is also very common.

This buildup of fluid isn’t painful, unless it’s due to injury.


Elbow, Wrist & Hand Pain
